Ideal to combine with appetizers, salads, seafood, fish and white meats.

The User has a maximum of fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery of the product to withdraw, in whole or in part, from the purchase, in accordance with applicable law. After this period, Bodegas NOC will not accept returns due to withdrawal from product purchases.

If the User wishes to withdraw from a product purchase, they must contact Bodegas NOC by sending an email to clientes@bodegasnoc.com.

In any case, if the User wishes to withdraw from the purchase, the following requirements must be met:

The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and must retain its original packaging and labeling.

The return to Bodegas NOC must be made using the same box or envelope used for delivery or, failing that, in a similar format that guarantees the return of the products in perfect condition.

A copy of the purchase receipt and the delivery note must be included inside the package, clearly indicating the returned products and the reason for the return.

Withdrawal is not permitted in the cases stipulated in Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, which approves the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users. By way of example, but not limitation, returns are not permitted for personalized or perishable products. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if in doubt, the User may contact Bodegas NOC beforehand.

Returns must be sent to Bodegas NOC at Calle Orgaz, 12, 45460 Manzaneque, Toledo, Spain. The User will bear the return shipping costs when exercising the right of withdrawal.

(ii) Return of Defective Products

Without prejudice to any other rights that may apply, the User shall be entitled to a refund of the price of defective products or products delivered that do not correspond to the User's order. Alternatively, the User shall be entitled to request and receive a replacement product in perfect condition.

In cases of returns to Bodegas NOC of defective products or products that do not correspond to the order, the User must follow the procedure established in section (i) above. However, in this case, the User shall not be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Provided that the User has followed the procedure established in section (i) above and the requirements established in this section have been met, Bodegas NOC will refund the price paid for the returned products that are defective or do not correspond to the User's order, in accordance with the provisions of section (iii) below.

(iii) Refund of the price of the products to the User

Provided the User has followed the procedure established in this section and the requirements set forth herein have been met, Bodegas NOC will refund the price paid by the User for the returned products once they have been received at the winery's warehouse. If the return is made in exercise of the User's right of withdrawal described in section (i), Bodegas NOC will not pay or cover the return shipping costs.

The User will not be entitled to a refund of the price of returned products that are not in the same condition as when they were delivered, or if the requirements established in these General Terms and Conditions have not been met.

Partial returns of an order will result in a refund of the price corresponding to the product or products actually returned.

NOC Winery will process the refund using the same payment method the User used to purchase the products, within thirty (30) days of receiving the returned order and once NOC Winery has verified that the returned products meet the requirements established in sections (i) and (ii) above. The time it takes for the refund to appear in the User's account will depend on their bank.
